The Motor Vehicle Administration ("MVA") is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Tilghman Road and Route 50 in Salisbury, Maryland. While it is on the east side of Salisbury, it is West of the Route 13 bypass. So… If you are coming from the Ocean City area. You would start to look forward on the right shortly after passing under the Route 13 overpass. If you are approaching from the north or south, you would take the bypass to Route 50 West. It is a very short distance heading west from the bypass to the Tilghman Road intersection.
